Crabbe and his sidekick, Saylor, are hot on the trail of an outlaw gang headed by Stephens. They catch up with Stephens, making the Nevada town of Zane Grey's novel a more lawful place. Standard oater material. Saylor, perennial sidekick of the heroes in many westerns, floats out of the bleakness now and then with his constantly working Adam's apple emphasizing his ever-present state of hunger. leave a comment
