A look into the history of activism in the United States, FOREVER ACTIVISTS features several veterans of the Abraham Lincoln Brigade, gathered together for a fifty-year reunion.

During the height of the Great Depression, some 15 million Americans were unemployed, many of them living in shacks on the street. The luckier ones still had their furniture with them, but eventually the city would come by in their trucks to take it away--it was illegal to keep one's belongings on city property.
