Follow The Sun

If you like golf, you'll enjoy this story of one of the game's great players, Ben Hogan (essayed here by Glenn Ford). If not, FOLLOW THE SUN is still a pleasant biography of a man who finds the inner strength to overcome a debilitating injury and courageously resume his career. After an impoverished Texas childhood, caddy champion Hogan joins the pro tour, accompanied by his always supportive wife, Valerie (Anne Baxter). Lean times give way to success, but just when Hogan's career is flying high, he is involved in a near-fatal automobile crash.
