The seemingly delicate Barrett puts a rough edge on her stewardess role when she is forced to land a plane after the pilot has been knocked out. Of course, there's a romance--it's between Barrett and trainer Gargan who's impressed with her daring. A precursor to the onslaught of 1960s and 1970s airplane disaster pictures, this plug for TWA includes the song "Bang, the Bell Rang" by Irving Actman and Frank Loesser, sung by Logan. leave a comment
