Lahr and Greenwood are a joy in this screwy comedy about a moronic pilot who inadvertently breaks the world record for high-altitude flying. Lahr has especially sharp comic timing in this, his first film role, after playing the part on Broadway. Lahr, of course, went on to play the
Cowardly Lion in THE WIZARD OF OZ. Among the tunes included are "Happy Landing" and "Dance 'til Dawn," staged by Busby Berkeley.
