A tediously long look at a rich playboy-pilot's decision to become a hero. The film begins with hung-over millionaire Greene checking out the planes in an airplane hanger, shifts to some footage of bombings in London, and then shows the eager American entering the RAF. The film drags for
an eternity during the first half but moves more quickly once the plot gets him across the Atlantic. He displays his heroism when he climbs onto the wing of his plane in mid-air and does a fast patch job.
