Reporter Torchy Blane (Farrell) sets out to impress her police lieutenant fiance by investigating a celebrated murder case. On a tip, she takes to the air along with two rival tabloid writers and, in the process, discovers that one of them is the killer. Farrell gives a better than average performance in an entertaining, but forgettable, role. leave a comment
