Armstrong, Kennedy, and Cagney are a trio of bumbling explosives men in this comical, but tedious, film. After accidentally producing explosion after explosion on the job, the three get sent to South America on assignment. Below the border, things get even crazier when they mistake an
independence day fireworks display for a violent political overthrow. The comedy is effective, but there isn't enough of it to justify even a 69-minute film. William Cagney is James Cagney's brother. He had a brief acting career and then became a producer of his brother's films.
