This stylish, attenuated, lowlife thriller is another wrong lesson learned from MEAN STREETS. Four buddies work for local crime boss Leo Richards (Keith David): Volatile Shotsie (Gene Mitchell), decent guy Hooker (Shant Bejanian), his wussy cousin Dennis (Paul Klar) and pretty, stone killer Mike (David Amos).
