Flight To Fame: Review

Columbia pulled the death ray out of the closet for this formulated flier pic. Robards plays a crazed aerial ace who steals the weapon and kills off all the pilots who harassed him during the war. Farrell and inventor's daughter Wells discover his plan and pull the plug on his ray gun. Of historical importance only as an early example of the cinematography of the brilliant Lucien Ballard, who went on to gain fame as Sam Peckinpah's cameraman. leave a comment
