This action flick about a high-tech felon turned high-rise hero combines the conventions of disaster films and crime thrillers with surprisingly mild results. Cat burglar Max Hooper (Dean Cain), who's been hired to pilfer Tri-Tech's new super conductor, crawls like human fly through the air ducts of company's skyscraper headquarters.
