A real thriller, which has the patients of an insane asylum turned into ax murderers by psychotic Rathbone. Day, the victim of an attack, is saved at the last minute by actor-turned-sleuth Ayres, who then proceeds to expose Rathbone and his victims. This was the last film for Ayres until
