This feeble comedy thriller features Bentley as a reporter and Summerfield as his irksome assistant. Together they investigate the murders of a number of ex-soldiers, all killed on successive July 10ths. They learn that the victims were all participants in a wartime court-martial and eventually uncover the killer, the victim of an injustice at the court-martial who has been impersonating his brother.
