A disappointing big-budget western which claimed to be based on Zane Grey's 1929 novel, but resembles the 1923 silent western, THE COVERED WAGON. One of Cooper's early films, he plays the protege of Torrence and Marshall, a couple of wagon train scouts. Prior to leaving Missouri with a
