Though stylish compared to other straight-to-video erotic thrillers, THE FIANCE registers as yet another retread of FATAL ATTRACTION (1987) with very few new twists.
LA resident Faith Moore (Lysette Anthony) believes her husband Richard (Patrick Cassidy) is having an affair. She confides in Walter (William R. Moses), a patron of her antiques shop. They have sex, which Faith instantly regrets, especially after she discovers that Richard is not cheating.
However, Walter can't take no for an answer. He begins stalking her, first with phone calls and hidden surveillance, and later, by bugging Faith and Richard's house. He also resorts to murder, killing a nosey neig...
