Though stylish compared to other straight-to-video erotic thrillers, THE FIANCE registers as yet another retread of FATAL ATTRACTION (1987) with very few new twists. LA resident Faith Moore (Lysette Anthony) believes her husband Richard (Patrick Cassidy) is having an affair. She confides in Walter (William R. Moses), a patron of her antiques shop.
