Fever Heat

Filmed in Iowa, this cheapie uses locals for the crowd scenes and lacks excitement or thrills. The undeveloped plot has Adams running a garage he had only stopped at to repair his truck. The owner of the garage, Riley, inherited it from her husband, who was killed in an auto race. Riley falls for Adams, who tries to take over the local track. Adams finds it is not easy running a race track, and a couple of his friends are killed in a race due to sabotage. In the end, Adams sees that he has been wrong to strive for race track czardom and decides to settle down with the widow and her garage.
