Kruger plays a small-time thief who, while traveling in Beirut, falls in with old friend Biraud and decides to participate in a scheme to rob high-stakes gambler Abded of his winnings. Kruger also meets lovely lady Darc, and when he learns that his arch-enemy, Geret, is on his trail, he runs off to the mountains with her.
