Originally intended as a TV special, this film would not have fared any better there. Pure FBI propaganda with a narration that goes on interminably about the Bureau's successful techniques. Agents track down an angered employee of an electronics company who likes to plant bombs. The biggest bomb is the film itself. leave a comment
