A popular Australian comic strip was the inspiration for this film, which, unfortunately, has only limited appeal. Oxenbould, the title pudge, is caught in the middle of a gang war in Depression-era Sydney. While those familiar with the comic strip may find some amusement here, most viewers will find FATTY FINN less than engaging. leave a comment
