Fred MacMurray stars in this lighthearted, surprisingly human comedy as George Cooper, the coach of a losing college football team who has as much trouble with his two daughters as he does with the alumni and administration. George needs all the help he can get from his supportive wife (Maureen O'Hara) when one of his daughters scandalizes the university community with an article she has written detailing her sex life. With the help of a former football star (Richard Tyler), George turns the team around and, at the same time, manages to straighten things out on the home front. leave a comment
