Fawcett receives a long prison sentence for illegal stock manipulations, and is keeping his silence about the involvement of his one-time business partner, Breese. Ferris decides to vindicate her father and sneaks onto Breese's yacht in hope of getting Breese to confess. Instead, she meets Breese's son, MacDonald, and falls in love.
