Revenge has a new name (and a sssmokin' body). Tamara, starring music-video-dancer-turned-actress Jenna Dewan and from the creator of Final Destination, is a new horror film now playing at a theater near you. Oh, and did we mention that revenge smells nice and flowery, too? Actually, that's just the fragrance (not Curious, you can pretty much bet) worn by Justin Timberlake's post-Britney girlfriend as she sits down for a one-on-one with TVGuide.com.
TVGuide.com: So the moral of this movie is what Mom always told us: "Don't pick on the drab girl who's into the occult or else she'll clean up nice and unleash on you a load of hurt."
Jenna Dewan: Yes, and we like that. That's what I love about the movie, is that it does have a big moral to it — "You reap w

Question: I heard that Carol Burnett's daughter died tragically. Do you know the story?Answer: Yes, I do, Janean. Carrie Hamilton, the 38-year-old actress, writer and musician whose father was late Carol Burnett Show producer Joe Hamilton, died of cancer-related complications in Los Angeles in 2002.
Of course, it's always sad when someone dies young. But Hamilton, who appeared on the TV series Fame during the last season (1986-87) of its first-run syndicated years and did guest work on Murder, She Wrote, thirtysomething, Beverly Hills 90210,

Since Angel is off atoning for god knows what (the woman is a saint!), this former altar boy of the year — 1983 — gets to indulge in his newest vice. That's right. Thanks to the new Season 1 DVD set, I am all about the Neptune. And superthankful to the writers for the Duncan-Logan brawl. Not that violence is good, kids. It's just that I was wondering when the ex-BFFs would finally deal with the whole "Your dad killed my sister" sitch. Of course we figured Logan would be over his childhood homie stealing Veronica back, since he's knocking boots with Cassidy and Beaver's stepmom, but who knew Kendall's li'l fling would lead to blondie exposing Big Dick's real-estate scam, huh? I guess we won't be seeing Big Dick for a while, now that he's fled town in a haze of SEC suspicion. Which is fine, since I'm pretty sure we're going to have our hands full with whatever Coco from Fame is hiding from Keith about the cop trailing her, Wallace's awful new gal pal and the increasi

This, folks, is a cautionary tale about what happens when you put a Grammys producer in charge: The 57th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, airing Sept. 18 on CBS, will feature actors performing classic TV theme songs throughout the telecast. At the end of the show, a winner (determined by viewer votes) will be declared the "Emmy Idol." The playlist includes The Apprentice's Donald Trump and Will & Grace's Megan Mullally doing Green Acres (OK, that could be fun); Boston Legal's William Shatner and opera star Frederica von Stade channeling Star Trek (There are lyrics? I'm scared); Veronica Mars' Kristen Bell taking on Fame; and CSI's

I'm gonna live forever: Fame's Ray and Gimpel
Question: I remember watching the show Fame as a kid and really liking it. I know it was based on a movie, but was that movie based on a real school? Thanks.
Answer: That it was, Alma, but exactly how much the movie and, to an even greater extent, the show, were "real" certainly depended on whom you asked. The basics aren't in dispute: The 1980 film and series, which lived on NBC from January 1982 to August 1983 before jumping to first-run syndication for another four years, were set in New York City's real-life School of Performing Arts, better known to its students, faculty and such alumni as Al Pacino and Liza Minnelli as "P.A." (In 1984 the school moved with the High School of Music & Art into a new facility and the two merged to become the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts.) But according to

Irene Cara knows a thing or two about fame. The actress/singer, who started in showbiz as a kid, finally hit it big by starring and singing in 1980's Fame. Shortly thereafter, she topped the pop charts again with "What a Feeling," the theme to 1983's Flashdance">Flashdance, and even won an Oscar for co-writing the memorable tune. Nowadays, she jams with the all-female group Hot Caramel. But tonight at 9 pm/ET, Cara revisits her pop-star heyday on NBC's Hit Me Baby One More Time. Here, TVGuide.com connects with the 46-year-old blast from the past.
TVGuide.com: We haven't heard from you in years. Where have you been hiding?
Irene Cara: I lived in Europe for awhile and had some major hits over there as recently as 2000 and 2001. I got platinum all over Europe,
