This European imitation follows such successful American films as BLADE RUNNER and, especially, ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK. In the year 2019, World War III has been over for 20 years. American survivors, no women of whom are fertile, live in Alaska. Sopkiw is sent out to New York, deep in enemy territory, to capture a woman believed possibly capable of repropagating the species--largely because her father, a scientist, kept her frozen all through the nuclear wars. Silly at best, with a ludicrous plot full of cliches and holes, bad acting, and laughable special effects.
