As Fu frequently claims, "The world has not heard the last of Fu Manchu." For the first time since the 1940 serial, DRUMS OF FU MANCHU, the Chinese arch-villain is back on the screen with Lee in the lead. He invents a lethal gas which ends all life in a small English village, and then hides out under the Thames with his daughter. Green puts an end to Lee's terrorism with an explosion. Filmed in Dublin. THE BRIDES OF FU MANCHU followed in 1966. leave a comment
