Haley is a bothersome soda jerk who persistently pesters federal agents about becoming a "G-man." Tired of his antics, they jokingly make him an "F-man," which leads to more zaniness. The bumbling kid endangers a real agent but proves his worth when he uses a water pistol to capture a thug. A fine comic performance from Haley, who later shone as the Tin Man in THE WIZARD OF OZ. leave a comment
