Six-year-old figure-skating sensation Dare plays a six-year-old figure-skating sensation in this dull musical. She is hauled off to Florida and exploited by her nasty uncle, Karns. When Dare skates she's nice enough, but she can't act, and the direction and script do nothing to help.
