Appallingly stupid comedy with Rooney and Hackett as an idiotic pair of sailors entrusted with a talking duck that has memorized a top-secret rocket-guidance system. After a while the film comes to a rather abrupt halt with the trio trapped in a space capsule in orbit around the earth.
It's amazing that any movie this bad, this incompetent, this insultingly half-witted could have been released by a major studio. But here it is. Walker Edmiston supplies the voice of the duck, for which no less than seven stand-ins were used. Songs: "Everything's Ducky,""Moonlight Music,"
