Enormous Changes At The Last Minute: Review

A trio of stories by writer Grace Paley are adapted for the screen in this only partially successful film. In the first, and strongest, of the segments, Ellen Barkin is a young mother whose husband walks out on her. Ron McLarty, an old friend of hers, offers Barkin romance, but she turns him down.
