In one of the only early sound westerns that gives a fair portrayal of the American Indian, Tim McCoy plays an Army officer who is sympathetic to the Indian cause and is framed into a court-martial. He's charged with selling guns to the Indians, but the real criminal is Wheeler Oakman. Thrown out of the Army, McCoy loses all his friends; his son, Wally Albright, and best friend, Wade Boteler, are killed.
