Jordan (in Billy Halop's usual role) talks his buddies into giving up crime for the summer and taking jobs that will free draft-age men for military service. When he lands a department store position, Jordan gets mixed up in a hijacking plot. He stays straight, however, and finds himself
framed. One of the more interesting entries in the "Bowery Boys" series, this film successfully combining melodrama with the standard wise-cracking.
