Baseball player learns life lessons from lovable monkey. Need we say more? Probably not, though we can't resist mentioning that the title chimp is played, not by a live animal, but by a midget actor struggling under the weight of a ghastly animatronic monkey head. Said head, publicists inform us, is equipped with "more than a dozen servo-controlled electronic motors, each capable of evoking widely varying facial expressions" -- which is more than we can say for costar Matt LeBlanc. leave a comment
