This Esther Williams starrer is nothing much plotwise, but Busby Berkeley's spectacular aquatic musical numbers should be enough to get anyone through it. Julie Hallerton (Williams) loves her boss, Ray (Van Johnson), from afar. Although she's both his secretary and the star of his water
show, he pays her little attention until she begins to vamp swimming teacher Hank (John Bromfield) and crooner Barry (Tony Martin), whereupon Ray realizes he has a deep-seated love for Julie after all. The major numbers feature Williams swimming with a chimpanzee; with Bromfield in a beautiful,
