Earthbound

This foolish sci-fi "family" picture offers Christopher Connelly, Meredith MacRae, Marc Gilpin, and Elissa Leeds as a run-of-the-mill alien family whose spaceship crashes in the Midwest. Since they look fairly normal (except for their green, light bulb-eating chimpanzee), the space clan is taken in by a kindly innkeeper (Burl Ives). Hot on their trail, however, is a mean government man (Joseph Campanella) who is determined to prevent the family from interacting with Earthlings.
