Well-done, low-budget oater starring Cooper as a wayward son who returns home to his father's Arizona ranch after a four-year absence to find that rustler-turned-rancher Davis has siphoned off the only water hole in the area and is slowly destroying the ranch. Cooper tries to gain access
to the water hole through legal methods, but his efforts fail and he eventually is pushed to a showdown with Davis.
