A talky 3-D adventure tale set on a South Sea island. O'Keefe is a gunrunner supplying arms to the natives so they can rout the French. A French policeman (Sullivan), a hurricane, and a volcano destroy the guns and the revolt. Long-winded dialog with minuscule action makes this sleepy viewing. leave a comment
