Nubile babes abound, but there's no cheesy nudity in this low-rent action film: It's perfect escapism for the genteel video voyeur. Ostensibly a billionaire businessman, archfiend Oliver Maxwell (Ian McShane) springs two super criminals, KGB toxic chemical wizard Vlad (Paul Smith) and IRA bomb expert Murphy (James Remar), to do his bidding.
