A bad (even for Franco) all-star monster romp with a plot that makes no sense, this film begins as Dr. Frankenstein (Price) finds a crucified vampire bat in a coffin and surmises that this is the remains of Count Dracula (Vernon). Using the blood of a female singer captured by his mute servant, Morpho, Frankenstein brings Dracula back to life by drowning the little bat in a jar full of the stuff.
