Dr. Jekyll: Review

This is something like the 45th time Robert Louis Stevenson's story has been filmed. This one has the attraction (or detraction) of explicit sex, nudity, violence, and a transformation that comes from submersion in a nasty-looking bath rather than swallowing a potion. Udo Kier, star of Andy Warhol's films FRANKENSTEIN and DRACULA, seems to have a career only in the mangling of familiar horror films. Originally releaseed in 1981. leave a comment
