Cushing is Dr. Who, a time lord, and he and his companions travel through time and space in his time machine, the Tardis. They come to a planet that is being wasted by neutron bombs and help the Thals, who are being hunted down by the evil Daleks whose transporters project lethal rays.
The sequel to this film is DALEKS--INVASION EARTH 2150 AD, released in 1966.
