A great film from beginning to end. Ronald Colman deservedly won an Oscar for his portrayal of a gifted Shakespearean actor whose despair and murderous moods come during his portrayal of Othello. Shelley Winters, in the role that established her as a movie star, plays a saucy waitress with the bad luck to play a real-life Desdemona to Colman's insanely jealous Moor.
