An unengaging comedy with Carmichael and Scott as newlyweds who take up residence in a leaky old houseboat. When Carmichael decides to move the boat to a new location, he makes a mess of river traffic, gets lost in a fog bank, and the next morning, finds himself washed up on a French beach. The couple borrow some fuel from their landlord, whose yacht happens to be nearby, and he challenges them to a race back to London.
