Mr. Wong (Karloff) investigates the murder of a shipping tycoon in the wake of the sinking of one of his ships with over $1 million in bonds aboard. Dick Fleming (Stelling) is suspected of the murder, but reporter Bobby Logan (Reynolds) believes him innocent and brings Mr. Wong in on the
