Don't Turn 'Em Loose

Stone is a high-school principal and respected member of the parole board who finds himself in a position to decide whether to parole his own son (Cabot), who has turned into a vicious criminal. Cabot threatens to expose Stone as his father and ruin him unless Stone votes to free him. Stone succumbs to the blackmail, and Cabot goes on a spree with moll Latimer until shot down by his father. A fast pace goes a long way toward covering holes in the plot. Included in the cast is Betty Grable as Cabot's sister, an interesting early billed role for the star who later became the top "pin-up girl" of WW II.
