Lewis is dragged out of bed on his wedding night and brought before a Navy board of inquiry. It seems that a destroyer that Lewis commanded during WW II can't be found, and unless Lewis can prove that he returned it, he'll have to pay for it. In flashback we see Lewis bumbling his way through the war.
