The Italians have a knack for rip-offs and gore, and this film is a prime example. Taking the premise of Romero's NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD, tossing in gallons of fake blood and animal intestines, DON'T OPEN THE WINDOW should have been titled "Let's See How Sick We Can Get." A gizmo to kill
insects causes the dead to rise--and, of course, they only dine on human flesh.
