Madcap woman-chaser Phillips takes over the lead in this addition to the "Doctor" series. Hellbent in pursuit of la femme (miniskirted Scoular), Phillips finds himself a stowaway on an ocean liner, where all the fun and high jinks finally take place, with Phillips, the medico, ending up at work as the captain's steward.
