Clearly an attempt to establish a new fantasy-hero franchise, DOCTOR MORDRID appears to have been an ambitious idea severely tempered by budgetary restrictions. Clocking in at only 74 minutes, its storyline could probably fit within a single comic book, with a couple of pages left over for the letters column.
