Madcap woman-chaser Phillips takes over the lead in this addition to the "Doctor" series. Hellbent in pursuit of
la femme (miniskirted Scoular), Phillips finds himself a stowaway on an ocean liner, where all the fun and high jinks finally take place, with Phillips, the medico, ending up
at work as the captain's steward. Many are the fine jokes in this one, but alas, many also are the poor ones. This was the last of the seven-picture "Doctor" series, a series that began in 1954 with DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE.
