When it comes time for performance bonuses to be given out to the staff at The Inn, everyone is on their best behavior to impress Rhonda and Neal. However, when Neal fires a bartender on the staff for no good reason, Rhonda is at his throat and they are sent into a stand-off fight, leaving little time to dedicate to allotting the staff's bonuses. As Larry, Nicole, Molly and Gus try to figure out how to reconcile Rhonda and Neal, the philandering owner of The Inn and his wife stop by the hotel for the weekend, and neither is shy about their affections for certain members of the staff. As the owner's wife pursues Neal, Rhonda steps in to try to save him from an intoxicating situation.
