Tracy is a motorcycle cop who gets demoted when he arrests Eilers for speeding. Her father, Morgan, is a rich and powerful man, thanks mainly to his corruption of city officials. Tracy makes a fool out of his captain, Bellamy, who is seeing Eilers. After his demotion, Tracy becomes a turncoat and warns gangster Conroy that Bellamy is going to raid his place. Bellamy gets wind of the tipoff and has Tracy lead the raid. Eilers is there. Tracy aids in her escape, and then uses this to blackmail her father. When Conroy is released from jail, he goes gunning for Tracy, but kills Tracy's nephew instead. Tracy decides to go straight. He hunts down and kills the gangster during a shootout, returns the blackmail money, and tells Bellamy all. Tracy doesn't pay for his crimes; instead he is reinstated in the motorcycle division. leave a comment
